I am SO excited to share this session with you all! Katherine was the first to schedule her Senior session with me last year! She’s actually the reason why I started photographing Seniors!
I’ve known Katherine for years. She’s a family friend! I honestly can’t believe it’s her turn to graduate! One of my most vivid memories of Katherine while she was younger was when she would come hang out at Volleyball practice my Senior year of High School! I actually have a really CUTE picture of her….. but I promise not share it because she will hate me forever! 😉
We started with some Soccer shots! Katherine is a very athletic lady…. not to mention she’s gorgeous!
Â
Katherine isn’t the most serious person. She could only hold her serious face for a few seconds! Her “after the serious picture” face is my favorite! These are my favorite moments to capture!
As we were finishing our pictures on the soccer field, it started raining. Lovely. That’s when this Photographer starts praying really hard that it stops! And guess what?! It did! Just in time for our next location!
The railroad tracks!
After we left the railroad tracks, we headed to Katherine’s family camp! ….and it began to rain. Not just a few sprinkles. Pouring down RAIN! So we waited, and waited, and then attempted to take pictures under a tree thinking that it would shelter us from the rain, but it didn’t. It just left us with really wet hair. So back to the van we went! Heater on full force 🙂 Prayer’s going up once again. And then the rain stopped!
The family camp was such a beautiful location!
Another one of my favorite pictures! That little dear decided to make an appearance and jump in one of the pictures, too!
The rain really made the colors of this location pop!
I was so excited when I saw that minty door! Thank you, Zanetta (K’s momma) for rearranging things for us!
Thank you, Katherine and Zanetta, for being so patient for this session and braving the rain!
It was super fun for me and I hope you enjoyed it as well!
