The sun is shining brighter and the days are getting longer and wedding season is upon us once again! After months of planning and emails, I am so excited to jump back into the joyous celebrations. Each wedding is so unique and this year promises to be extra special, as I get to spend my days with the loveliest couples, capturing love stories and little moments. Here’s to wedding season 2024! May it be the best one yet!
Gabe & Emma are one the sweetest and most fun-loving couples that I have ever met. We were together over Labor day weekend last September for their Engagement session, and even then I knew this day was going to be a good one! They’re laid back and they know how to have a good time together!
Emma & her girls got ready at Gabe’s parent’s house. Wedding mornings are usually pretty hectic and everyone is always a little bit nervous, but this group didn’t show it!
The moms took time to fill the table with a variety of yummy treats!
Gabe & his guys got ready at the new Double Play Community center in Lowville, NY. I’ve heard great things about their new location!

A huge shout out to Nichole Moser of Nichole Danielle Photography for capturing the photos of the guys! She always does an amazing job and I’m just so thankful that we can spend the day together and call it work! How lucky are we?!!
I think Gabe may have been one of the most comical groom’s that we’ve ever gotten to photograph! He certainly enjoyed the day with everyone and he had us laughing all day!

Emma’s flowers & Gabe’s boutonniere are all from the Farmhouse Boutique. Wood flowers are all the rage and the sweet women at the boutique do an amazing job!

These bridal parties lately have been SO much fun! The bar is set pretty high!
I just have to share that this next photo is one of my favorites from the entire day and I have Nikki to thank! I think it’s fun and artsy but the story behind it is that I told Gabe & Emma to run towards me and Nikki assumed that I wanted them to jog but Gabe, Emma and I had agreed that they would run as fast as they could. Since Nikki was being a 5 Star second shooter and doing her job (and we don’t have earpieces, yet) I never communicated my entire thought to her so she wasn’t fully prepared. Picture it, you’re photographing a subject and then they just sprint, unannounced! She could have been chasing after them as fast as SHE could, I have no clue?! But I LOVE the result and with all these new AI features they keep rolling out week after week I was able to easily remove myself and the cars in about 10 seconds. Don’t believe everything you see on the internet!

Here’s another idea for you! Flavored Lemonade & Tea. It was delicious and these ladies kept me hydrated all afternoon!
Riverside Beats kept the party going. Here was a sweet moment where Collin gave some marriage advice! “This will be the last time you have the upper hand!”
This was honestly just such a wonderful day! Gabe & Emma THANK YOU! We had such a great time with your family & friends! You and your whole bridal party were so much fun!
