Michaela | Class of 2019

August 8, 2018

Happy Wednesday once again, Friends!  I hope you are all having a wonderful week!  I am trying to finish all the things because I am looking forward to a little weekend away with a few friends to visit another friend whom I have not seen all summer long!  Delaware here we come!  I’m counting down the hours!

Let’s jump into this weeks Senior Session!

I am having so much fun with this year’s Seniors!  I love something about every season but I am pretty sure summertime is my favorite season for sessions!   The month of July was a touch tricky because it was so dry and most of the grass was brown and crunchy and we were running all over looking for green grass and field like locations!  August is looking much better so far!

This week’s Senior is near and dear to my heart!  She is the youngest girl cousin on my Mom’s side of the family… and we used to fight over who got to hold her!  She was the CUTEST little girl and she has turned into a BEAUTIFUL young lady!  And it all just went so fast!

Meet Michaela!

Michaela is sweet and quiet, but don’t let her fool you!  She has a great personality and can be talkative!  It is also pretty easy to get her to laugh or at least crack a smile!  Like the above picture when I told her to laugh at that tree over there!

I am partial because we are related, but this girl is so classy!  She knows how to dress up, but she also looks good in jeans and a t-shirt!

This sports photo is for her brothers.  She is just as athletic as they are! Look at her palming that volleyball like its no big deal! 😉

Michaela is more of an outdoorsy girl than myself.  I will walk through the tall grass to check for snakes or rodents IF I HAVE TO, but I do not even know what I would do if I actually saw one.  I am also very cautious.  I do not want anyone to get hurt while they are having their Senior pictures!  I do not want them to fall unexpectedly into the water.  I am not going to make you climb mountains if you do not want to.  I think Michaela thought I was ridiculous when I would say, “Okay, go sit up there, but only if you want to!”

Michaela (+ Mom!)

Thank you so much for letting me take your Senior portraits!  It was quite an honor and I had fun running all over Roesville and beyond with you!

Best wishes as you begin your SENIOR year! Now I’m just going to go cry…. 🙂
