Wedding season is BACK! The last 7 months have been filled with rest and studio sessions! I’m excited for the remainder of this year and all that it will hold! Now is actually a wonderful time to tell you all that my last day as a Teacher is June 9th! I’ll miss my coworkers, students, and their families very much, but I am really excited for this next chapter as a full time photographer! Thank you to all who have supported me this far!
Now for the wedding!
Cody + Caylee tied the knot on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Windmill Acres in Watertown, New York. This was the first wedding for me at this new and upcoming venue!
When I arrived, I found the ladies hanging out and getting ready in the She Shed! You’ll see why I was extra thankful for this building as you scroll!
All the florals were done by Lisk’s! WE LOVE THEM!
Matching robes add a nice touch of consistency to your getty ready photos! PLUS, it’s a gift your girls can wear again!
Caylee’s Mom, Teresa, gifted her with this beautiful bracelet!
Nichole Moser of Nichole Danielle Photography grabbed a few photos of the guys making sure Cody was ready for the big day!
Caylee’s Dad passed away so now she wears his ring, too! A sweet way to honor a man who played such an important role in her life. I didn’t know him, but the love he had for his family is clearly seen!

The forecast for this day was terrible! There was a 90 percent chance of rain all day! It had been raining on and off all morning and when I arrived there was a break! The rain stopped just long enough to get photos of the girls, and it was raining lightly enough during the photos of the guys!
When it was time for family photos it was a completely different story! We were thankful for the covered porch of the She Shed, groomsmen willing to bring us the tent to stand under, and Amazon for their reasonably priced umbrellas and 2-day shipping!

Caylee had contacted me prior the wedding and was wondering if I could combine a photo of her in her dress with one of her dad. I’m not even going to pretend to be a photoshop wizard, but I think this photo turned out pretty well!

Karson entered the reception in style!
Miller’s Catering did the food and it was absolutely delicious! Tom Ellis played some great music!

They say rain on your wedding day makes the knot stronger!
